These terms and conditions supersede terms and conditions relating to delivery and cancelation policy listed on Facebook or Instagram
Delivery
www.cakeobsession.co.uk take reasonable precautions to ensure that the goods arrive in a satisfactory condition. In the event that the goods are damaged upon arrival, you must inform the www.cakeobsession.co.uk of the issue within 6 hours by emailing cakeobsession@hotmail.co.uk, and include photographic evidence of the alleged damage.
In the event that damage has been evidenced, we may offer a discount or full refund, dependent upon the extent of the damage.
Variations to product appearance
Whilst www.cakeobsession.co.uk will make reasonable efforts to faithfully replicate the appearance of cakes/goods as shown / described on the website, some variation will inevitably occur. Such variations do not constitute a failure to deliver an acceptable product, and www.shopcakeobsession.co.uk will not be obliged to provide a discount or refund in relation to such variations.
Allergens
All products produced by www.cakeobsession.co.uk contain gluten, eggs, dairy, soya and other allergens unless explicitly specified that the product is free from the stated allergens. All goods are produced in the kitchen that handle nuts and other allergens. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to understand the allergies and intolerances of all consumers of the product before purchasing a product from our site.
Complaints
Customer care is at the very heart of what we do, and we will aim to respond promptly and fully to any complaints you may have in relation to any orders placed with www.cakeobsession.co.uk. We aim to resolve all complaints in good faith to the satisfaction of all parties.
If you have a complaint in relation to the services or products provided, that complaint must be reported to cakeobsession@hotmail.co.uk as soon as practically possible and ideally within 24 hours. Any complaint received more than 48 hours after delivery of the cake/goods will not be considered.
We are not obliged to but may at our discretion offer you any of a partial refund, a full refund, or a discount off your next purchase with us.
We kindly request that complaints are brought to our attention without recourse to posting negative reviews in public forums, so that we can seek to resolve them to your satisfaction.
